Frequently Asked
Is the packaging discreet?
Our partner retailers use plain, unbranded outer packaging by default on intimate orders. Details are on our Shipping page.
Do I need to be 21+ to buy?
You must be 21 or older to access and purchase from the Intimacy section. All other sections require you to be 18+.
How long does delivery take?
That depends on the retailer you buy from. Prime-style delivery is typically 1–3 days in metros and standard delivery 3–7 days across India. You will see the estimate at their checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled by the retailer you bought from, under their own policy. Hygiene-sensitive products (panties, condoms, lubricants, toys) generally cannot be returned once opened. See our Returns page.
Do you ship outside India?
VelvetComfort does not ship anything itself. Our partner retailers deliver within India, and some may offer international delivery on their own sites.
Are wellness products safe?
They come from reputed brands. They are not medical devices; consult a doctor for medical concerns.
